What types of items are sold at Lily Designs?
At Lily Designs we sell various digital items. We currently do not sell physical products.
How can I purchase an item from Lily Designs?
Choose your favorite wall art and add to cart. After payment, you will receive a link in your email to download the wall art you purchased, which you can print at home or in a store.
How long do I have to download the wall art I purchased?
The link you will receive in your email, after the payment, will be active for 30 days.
I bought a wall art, but the file doesn't match the wall art I wanted to buy. What do I do?
Contact us via email so that the correct file can be sent at no additional cost.

I really liked a wall art I saw in the store, but I would like to personalize it. Is it possible to customize an item? How should I proceed?
If you would like a personalized item, please contact us via email. If it is a simple customization of an existing item in the store, there is no additional cost. If it is a more complex customization, the price will have to be negotiated.
I would like to purchase a completely personalized and exclusive item. How should I proceed?
If you would like a unique item, please don't hesitate to get in touch via email. The amount charged for the item will be per hour of production.
Is it possible to return an item?
At Lily Designs we only sell digital items, for this reason, item returns are not possible.
Is it possible to receive a refund of the value of an item?
With some exceptions, such as in the case of personalized items and in case of regret, it will not be possible to refund orders as they are digital items.
How long do I have to resolve a problem with an order?
Whatever the problem with an order, you have 14 days to contact us via email to have it resolved.
I purchased a personalized item, but it does not match what I ordered. What do I do?
If the item purchased does not comply with the customer's order, please contact us via email so that the error can be checked and corrected, at no additional cost to the customer. In this case, you can ask for a refund, but the item will not be corrected.
What happens if I regret making a purchase?
If after the purchase you regret it and it turns out that you did not download the file, please contact us by email so that the purchase can be canceled and the refund made. If you have already downloaded the file you will not be entitled to a refund.
If I am eligible for a refund, do I receive the full order amount or the per-item amount?
If you have ordered several items in the same order and are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the item(s) that do not comply with the requested customization, if you do not want the correction to be made.
