Return and Refund Policy

At Lily Designs we only sell digital items, for this reason, item returns are not possible.

The file download link is automatically sent to the customer by e-mail after payment and is active for 30 days.


If the downloaded file does not correspond to the item described or if it has a problem or defect, please contact us by e-mail so that the correction can be made and the correct file can be sent, at no additional cost.


With some exceptions, such as in the case of personalized items and in case of regret, it will not be possible to refund orders as they are digital items.


Whatever the problem with an order, you have 14 days to contact us via e-mail to have it resolved.

Custom Items
If the item purchased does not comply with the customer's order, please contact us via e-mail so that the error can be checked and corrected, at no additional cost to the customer. In this case, you can ask for a refund, but the item will not be corrected.

Repentance
If after the purchase you regret it and it turns out that you did not download the file, please contact us by e-mail so that the purchase can be canceled and the refund made. If you have already downloaded the file you will not be entitled to a refund.

Note
If you have ordered several items in the same order and are entitled to a refund, you will be refunded the amount corresponding to the item(s) that do not comply with the requested customization, if you do not want the correction to be made.
