At Lily Designs we only sell digital items.

​The link to download the file is automatically sent to the customer, by email, after payment and is active for 30 days.

If the downloaded file does not correspond to the item described or if it has a problem or defect, please contact us by email so that the correction can be made and the correct file can be sent, at no additional cost.

If you would like a personalized item, please contact us via email. If it is a simple customization of an existing item in the store, there is no additional cost. If it is a more complex customization, the price will have to be negotiated.

If you want an exclusive item, the amount charged for the item will be per hour of production.
